Russian cuisine of our restaurant
If during your daily routines you want to find yourself in an atmosphere of a home cosiness, family closeness and warmth of friendly conversation or to feel the real Russian holiday, the Russian cuisine of our restaurant will help you in it.
According to old Russian tradition you will be offered a wide range of every possible soups, from Russian sour navarnye shchi with pork, beef or poultry, with different greens - spring onion, fennel, parsley and garlic, or intricate soljanki, up to fish soup (uha) from famous river fish, with hot pepper, bay leaf, onion and greens.
In our restaurunt you can taste famous beef a la Stroganov or pork baked with a horse-radish and garnished with friable buckwheat cereal or with fried potato served with red tomatoes and green cucumbers.
The atmosphere of the domestic meal will be enforced with various pickles - mushrooms, fish and vegetables which perfectly go with cooled Russian vodka. And cold beer under a snow-white cap of foam will perfectly go with bright -red crawfish.
A wide range of meat and fish delicacies will create an atmosphere of a holiday and the elated mood. And again a victory! Nobody and nothing stands on a place. Camelot according to the historical tradition aspires to be best of the best. Our find of this season is a young and incredibly talented chief - cook Artem Antipov whose service record is rather great. Among clients there were such gourmets as V.Jakovlev, M.Bojarsky, Boni M, P.Kashin, professor Lebedinsky, M.Leonidov, O.Kvasha, I.Korneljuk. Artem organically entered into the style and traditions of our restaurant, having introduced his own secrets, energy and invention. And again the competition. And again judges could not remain indifferent to magnificent dishes and excellent service of our dear visitors. A verdict, as we expected, was positive. For the second time we took the 1 place and were awarded the title of ' the best restaurant 2001 ' in the nomination 'Restaurant of the supreme category'.
